"Ukrposhta" stops delivery and payment of pensions on the territory of Energodar

The management of "Ukrposhta" decided to work from now on only in the territories controlled by Ukraine. In this regard, the institution stops delivering and paying pensions in Energodar. This became known from the official Telegram channel of the mayor of Energodar Dmytro Orlov.

From the day of the occupation of Energodar until August 1, residents of the city freely used the services of "Ukrposhta". Despite all the obstacles, pensioners received their pensions every month.

But from now on, the risk of threats to the lives of employees of this institution has increased significantly. The occupiers are deliberately blocking the delivery of funds and parcels to the addressees. Systemic cargo robberies were also recorded.

Director General of "Ukrposhta" Ihor Smilyanskyi reported that a decision was made to stop the delivery and payment of pensions in all temporarily occupied territories, including in the Zaporizhzhia region.
