Why Russians have stopped attacking Ukraine at night

A restless night in Ukraine. Russia shelled the hospital, schools and houses

Russia has ceased its attacks on Ukraine, possibly in preparation for new assaults. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Ukrainian Air Force, Ilya Yevlash, during a televised marathon. He mentioned that Russians had used guided aviation missiles and cruise missiles recently but drone strikes have been absent for several days.

There could be various reasons for this. It might be a temporary lull before preparing for a larger-scale operation, or it could be a waiting game to observe our side's moves. Yesterday, there might have been aerial alerts because Russians were preparing.

"A MiG doesn't necessarily have to take off solely to conduct bombardments. It can undertake flights for other reasons, including patrols. For example, various Su-34s and Su-35s are constantly moving and patrolling the airspace over the Black Sea. Similarly, MiGs could be flying for redeployment, repositioning, or other reasons," stated Ilya Yevlash.

Russia Could Repeat Mass Bombardments of Ukraine Occupiers have taken a break and are likely accumulating resources for future attacks. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Ukrainian Air Force, Ilya Yevlash.

Yevlash also suggests that Russians are accumulating resources for potential mass attacks in the future. He emphasized that the Air Force is ready to repel enemy assaults.

When Russians will attack?

Mass attacks from Russia on Ukrainian territory may continue, as the country currently retains around 950 long-range missiles. These include high-precision missiles of operational-strategic and strategic levels with a range of over 350 kilometers. This was disclosed by the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Vadym Skibitsky, in a comment to Ukrainian media. According to him, Russia aims to maintain its reserves at no less than 900 missiles.

"At present, Russia, in our estimation, has around 950 high-precision missiles of operational-strategic and strategic levels with a range of over 350 kilometers. We observe the trend that they typically aim to keep their reserves at no less than 900 missiles," Skibitsky stated.
