The Security Service of Ukraine presented the first maritime drone, which was created thanks to a collection of volunteers. In record time, thanks to the residents, Ukrainian businesses, and international donors, funds were raised for 35 maritime drones called "Sea Baby." The new drone has improved technical parameters and better combat capabilities.

Ukrainians revealed the prototype of the upgraded maritime drone "Sea Baby", which was named "Avdiivka". The Security Service of Ukraine believes that the new unmanned aerial vehicle "will be even more deadly to the enemy." They plan to deploy 35 such drones into service.

The Security Service of Ukraine presented the first maritime drone, which was created thanks to a wide collection of volunteers. The SBU informs that like any model of maritime drone, "Awdijiwka" will undergo a full cycle of sea trials. During this process, a team of programmers will adapt the latest onboard weapons, specially designed and produced for use on multifunctional platforms. "The next-generation drone is improved and even more deadly to the enemy," reads a post published by the SBU.

"The future lies in a technological approach to warfare. Today, the Security Service of Ukraine strives to be the first in this direction, and it truly succeeds. In the ranks of the SBU, we have acquired exceptional specialists in maritime drones to further improve and scale the efforts to clear the Black Sea of ​​enemies. Our task is to destroy the occupiers and bring victory closer," said the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Maluk.

As noted by one of the SBU members using the pseudonym "Hunter", the new drone has improved technical parameters, better combat capabilities, and maneuverability. "The SBU has conceived this drone as a universal platform on which various weapons will be placed", he said.

Artem Dekhtyarenko, a spokesman for the Security Service of Ukraine, said on a Ukrainian telethon that the new "Sea Baby" is capable of carrying almost a ton of explosives over a distance of a thousand kilometers. This means that the SBU will be able to reach the target practically anywhere in the Black Sea. "Russians are going to have a very hot summer vacation this year," Artem Dekhtyarenko said.

Ukrainian Navy: One-third of Russian ships destroyed, many damaged Dmytro Pletenczuk, spokesman for the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, confirms that the Ukrainian military has destroyed one-third of the 80 warships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet and damaged "quite a lot." "In terms of numbers, a total of 27 units have been destroyed, including 14 serious units of various classes. These are large landing ships, missile boats, a submarine, and a patrol ship. According to our data, 15 units are damaged and need repair, so out of the total number of about 80 units, I can say that one-third have been destroyed, and quite a lot have been damaged," said Dmytro Pletenczuk.
