This is the end of the Russian swastika. The symbol of invasion is going away

Russians no longer want to boast that they are "Z-patriots", they no longer want to paint the letter "Z" everywhere and they do not want to remember it. And not so long ago, they happily boasted about a symbol that in the West was equated with the Nazi swastika. Why did this happen? This is what the propaganda and its mastermind, the thinker Alexander Dugin.

From the first days of the war in Ukraine, and even just before the Russian invasion, we saw the mysterious letters "Z" painted on Russian military vehicles. It quickly turned out that this was the marking of part of the army sent to capture Kyiv. Then, over the following months, the "Z" became a symbol of Russian aggression.

And for Russians, it is a symbol of a war they are proud of and support. Propaganda quickly picked up on this social emotion and used the "Z" to create its vision of the world. Suddenly, "Z" appeared everywhere. On cars, clothes, flags, squares, and buildings in Russia. In the West and Ukraine, it was considered a new swastika.

Today, "Z" is becoming a thing of the past, because propagandist Alexander Dugin ordered it so.

As Alexander Dugin - a trusted man of Vladimir Putin, who is called the brain of the Kremlin's propaganda – noted in his considerations – the symbol of the "special military operation" needs to be changed, because the famous "Z" may be associated with the army's defeats on the front. Who hasn't seen destroyed tanks and vehicles with "Z" scribbled on them?

The letter "Z", which became a symbol of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, is therefore becoming a thing of the past. It was used everywhere, everyone was proud of it, and Russian patriots proudly called themselves "Z-patriots". Even Vladimir Putin presented himself with this symbol. Z is for "zapad" (Russian: west), and V is for "vostok" (Russian: east).

The chauvinist and Russian ultranational patriot Alexander Dugin changed the fate of the famous symbol with one statement. He said, or rather wrote, that it was a "bad symbol and a PR fake that means nothing." So what matters? Yes, there is a new symbol, it will be "Holy Rus". The propaganda media immediately radically changed their narrative.

"Z - is like a toilet bowl" – they say today, in line with the thought of their ideologist and throw out "Z", so many of which have multiplied throughout the country. Now the letters "Z" and "V" indicate the defeats and shameful condition of the Russian army. Some even associate them with the initials of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. Well, it's Russia and you shouldn't be surprised.

We only hope that the Russians will quickly get used to the feeling of defeat and that it will accompany them until the end of the war and long after it ends. A winner for Ukraine, of course.
