The son of the Lviv military commissar received an estate with a swimming pool in Bryuchowicze for almost 900 000 hryvnia

The house in Bryuchowicze, the value of which together with the plot is almost UAH 900,000, was donated to Andriy Dubovoi, the son of the head of one of the regional recruitment and social assistance centers in Lviv. The 27-year-old received such a gift from a scandalous developer.

The document shows that the area of ​​the house received as a gift from Vladyslav Dubov is 640 square meters. It's not completely finished. Readiness is 95 percent

According to experts, the value of the transferred real estate reaches four million hryvnias

Together with a house worth PLN 518.5 thousand. hryvnia, the donation agreement specifies a plot of land with an area of ​​nine ares, which is worth PLN 357.5 thousand. hryvnia. According to official documents, the total value of the gift is 876,000. hryvna. However, according to a real estate appraiser, the real value of such a property together with a plot in Bryuchowicze may currently amount to approximately PLN 110,000. dollars, or at least 4 million hryvnas.

Interestingly, in 2018, the same house was sold at the SETAM auction for 1.4 million hryvnias, or about 52,000. dollars at the then exchange rate of the NBU. The plot shows that the house at that time was equipped not only with everything necessary, but also with a swimming pool of 152 square meters. Then it was bought by Albina Sawczuk, who leases and actively develops the lake in Bryuchowicze, e.g. illegally erecting a multi-story hotel on the shore.

Currently, the house, which is already fully owned by the son of the head of the TsTK, is undergoing active restoration. The housing estate was rebuilt, a new roof was made, windows were replaced. They also built a foundation with columns for the future fence.

A friend donated the house. Where does such generosity come from?

Journalists have never been able to find out what connects 37-year-old Albina Sawczuk with Władysław Dubow, to whom she gave such an expensive gift, or with his father, the head of TCK. The only clue is Horodok, where Savchuk comes from and where Andriy Dubovoi was once the head of the local district military commissar.

In general, the acquisition of wealth through gifts is quite popular in the Dubovy family. Back in 2018, the grandmother gave Andriy a house with an area of ​​​​48.3 m2. and almost 28 ares of land in the village of Szczyrec, Pustomitowo poviat. And in 2015, his wife Alla was given 20 hectares of land in the village of Kurowicze in the Złoczów district. What's more, the donor Natalia Pobiguszko became the owner of the land a few days earlier. Andriy Dubowy also owns 7 acres of land in the village of Jasnyska near Lviv, and his wife owns 10 acres of land in the village council of the Turinkiv Zhovkva district. In addition, the Dubovy family has an apartment in Lviv with an area of 76.6 sq. m. m., certificate of ownership issued by the housing and operating department of Lviv.

In the meantime, the court seized the property, money, and bank accounts of Yevhen Borisov, the former head of the Odessa oblast TCK and SP, and his family members. Among the seized property are more than two hectares of land in Odessa, three houses and two apartments and six prestigious cars. As the press service of the SBI notes, in an attempt to prevent further legal actions of the investigation, Borisov's relatives wanted to seize part of the property abroad. In particular, a Porsche Macan car registered to Borisov's daughter-in-law was stopped at the Palanka - Mayaki - Udobne border crossing. The investigation has reason to believe it was acquired illegally.
