What is the situation on the front?

In the Volhynia direction, the operational situation has not changed significantly. There were no signs of offensive groups forming. Some units of the Belarusian Armed Forces perform tasks in the border areas with Ukraine.

In the Siviersky and Slobozhansky directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage and intelligence activities, attacks populated areas from the territory of the Russian Federation and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border of Ukraine. The enemy carried out an airstrike in the Stepka area of ​​the Sumy Oblast. About 20 settlements were hit by artillery and mortar attacks. Among them: Klyusy, Janzhulivka, Mykhalchyna Sloboda of the Chernihiv region; Znob-Novgorodske, Rozhkovichi, Chuykivka, Sumy Oblast; Ohirtseve, Gatishche, Pletenivka, Kharkiv region.

In the direction of Kupyansk, the Russian army launched futile attacks in the Sinkivka and Petropavlovka districts of the Kharkiv region, where the Defense Forces repelled 6 attacks. The raid was carried out in the settlements of Golubivka, Petropavlovka, Kucherivka, Ivanivka in the Kharkiv region. More than 10 settlements were hit by artillery and mortar fire, in particular Synkovka, Petropavlovka, Ivanivka, Kislivka, Kotlyarivka and Tabaivka in the Kharkiv Oblast.

In the direction of Lyman, the enemy carried out assault operations in the Tor district of the Donetsk region. He carried out a raid on the settlement areas of Biłogorivka in the Luhansk Oblast and Verkhnokamanskie, Terny Spirne in the Donetsk Oblast. About 15 settlements were damaged by artillery and mortar fire from the Russian army. Among them: Makeevka, Nevsky of the Luhansk region and Yampolyvka, Torske, Dibrova, Spirne of the Donetsk region.

In the direction of Bakhmut, the Russian army carried out assault operations in the Klisheyevsky and Andreevsky districts of the Donetsk region, where the Defense Forces repelled 7 attacks. More than 20 settlements were hit by artillery and mortar fire, in particular Bohdanivka, Ivanivskie, Klishchevka, Andriivka, Druzhba, Pivdenne of the Donetsk region.

In the direction of Avdiyiv, the enemy carried out fruitless assaults in populated areas east of Keramik and east of Novobachmutivka, Stepovoy, Avdiivka of the Donetsk region, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 23 attacks. The Russian army carried out airstrikes in the Avdiivka area of ​​the Donetsk Oblast. More than 15 settlements were hit by artillery and mortar attacks. Among them: Keramik, Berdychi, Orlovka, Avdievka, Severne, Pervomaysko of the Donetsk region.

In the Mariinsky direction, the Russian army, with air support, carried out futile attacks in the Maryinka and Novomychailovka districts of the Donetsk region, where the Defense Forces repelled 21 attacks. The following settlements in the Donetsk Oblast came under artillery and mortar fire from the occupiers: Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Georgiivka, Novomychailovka, Katerynivka, Elizavetovka.

In the direction of Shakhtarsk, the Russians carried out a futile attack in the Old Major District of the Donetsk region, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled three attacks. In addition, the enemy carried out an airstrike in the Ugledar district of the Donetsk region. About 10 settlements, in particular Vugledar, Novoukrainka, Prechistivka, Zolota Niva, Urozhaine, Donetsk Oblast, were affected by artillery and mortar attacks.

Towards Zaporozhye, the enemy carried out futile attacks in the area of ​​​​the settlements of Robotyne, Novopropovka and west of Verbovoy of the Zaporizhia Oblast. More than 25 settlements were hit by artillery and mortar attacks. Among them: Luhivske, Orihiv, Novodanilivka, Robotyne, Kamianske, Primorske of the Zaporizhia Oblast.

In the direction of Kherson, Mykhailovka, Tyahinka, Veletenske of the Kherson region and the city of Kherson were subjected to enemy artillery fire.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continues to conduct offensive operations in the direction of Melitopol, offensive (assault) operations in the direction of Bakhmut, causing losses in manpower and equipment of the occupation forces, and exhausting the Russian army along the entire front line
