Referring to the Hamas attack on Israel, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba noted that Russia is interested in starting a new war, hoping that the allies will turn away from Ukraine.

“It's not about concrete evidence, just look who is interested in starting a new war. Russia. He hopes our allies will turn around. And Russia could use another refugee crisis in Europe. After all, Putin is interested in strengthening Iran, his closest ally," said the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

The minister also emphasized that Ukraine and Israel are "two theaters of the same war" because the “active people” on the other side of the front are the same. He also expressed confidence in the continued support of Kyiv's allies. In particular, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs recalled that assurances were received from the US government, including President Joe Biden, that supporting Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression will remain a priority throughout the term.
