According to officials in Kyiv, Ukraine's Western partners, once extremely sensitive to accusations of NATO weapons being used to attack Russian territory, have concluded that Kyiv has the right to use its means to destabilize Putin's regime.

Sources say that the drone attacks on Russia were aimed at raising the fighting spirit of Ukrainian fighters at a time when there were few successes on the fronts. The representative of the US State Department, Matthew Miller, said that Ukraine has the right to decide how to conduct military operations to defend against Russia, commenting on the possibility of Western weapons striking the territory of the Russian Federation.

"I think it's important to remind the world that Russia started this war, Russia continues to attack civilians. Ukraine has the right to decide how it wants to conduct its military operations. In this war, Russia is the aggressor" - he said.
