On Friday evening, Russian forces attacked the Dnipro. According to the mayor of the city, Boris Filatov, the target of the enemy was the empty building of the Security Service of Ukraine. He also noted that this is the third attempt by the Russians in this direction.

Filatov added that a few moments after the attack, many onlookers appeared at the scene.

"I don't know what the hundreds of onlookers are doing there while the air alert is still going off," he wrote in an evening post.

Shells also fell on a nearby apartment block, where nine people, including children, were injured. Medical assistance was provided to the injured. They do not require hospitalization.

Among the victims were two children aged 14 and 17, two 20-year-old women, men aged 18 to 53 and a 77-year-old woman. There is no information on fatalities.

"Dnipro. Friday evening. Hit in the block and in the SBU building. Russian missile terror again," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on Friday in the Telegram communicator.

He added that emergency services had arrived at the scene. "We will do everything to ensure that Russia is fully punished for aggression and terror against our people. We will do everything for justice," summed up the Ukrainian leader.
