Residents of the Belgorod region complain that they are robbed by Russian soldiers

The Russian edition of Meduza writes that evacuated residents of the village of Nova Tavolzhanka in the Belgorod region of Russia complain that the Russian army, which was sent to protect the village, is looting their homes. In addition, the locals are outraged by their lifestyle.

According to Russian journalists, on June 15, a resident of Nova Tavolzhanka wrote in the comments under Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov's post on the VKontakte social network that the Russian military, which was sent to protect the region, broke into the houses of residents who left and stole their property.

Russians from the Belgorod region are outraged by the soldiers of their country

“They live in our homes, they lead an ugly lifestyle, alcohol and other things are left in the form of garbage and dirt, dirty toilets and houses, personal belongings and property are stolen. From our garage, which was now often seen in the districts of Novaya Tavolzhanka.” — said a local woman quoted by the Telegram channel “Speak NeMoskva”.

A similar accusation appears in another comment under Gładkow's post, which was noticed by the Astra publication. “We live in the village of Nova Tavolzhanka. Today, June 14, we went to see what happened to the houses for the first time. Two houses were broken into, one door was broken, windows were smashed. Everything has been turned upside down, we were looking for small valuables, some were stolen, in one there is vandalism in houses, broken TVs, cut furniture. There are clearly soldiers living in the house backyard” says the Russian.

The Meduza publication adds that residents of the occupied Ukrainian settlements also accused Russian soldiers of plundering houses.

The Russians rob the inhabitants of Zaporozhye

In the Zaporizhia region, the Russian army continues to loot the local population, using military trucks to transport the looted property. This was reported to the General Staff. 

So, from the village of Ocheretuvate towards the city of Tokmak, the movement of Russian car convoys with looted household appliances, furniture and other property of local residents was recorded. At the same time, in the port of Berdyansk, Russians are filling dry cargo ships with grain stolen from Ukrainian farmers. In the future, they plan to export grain to the territory of the Russian Federation.

Recall that the Russians are also looting flooded villages on the left bank of the Kherson region. They do not let the locals into the settlements and rob their houses. This was reported by the Center for the National Resistance Movement.

“Residents of temporarily occupied settlements on the left bank of the Kherson region are trying to return to their homes after the flood. People left their homes after the terrorist attack by the Russians on Kakhovskaya HPP. But now the high water is starting to recede, and the locals want to go home. However, the Russians have closed the entrances to these villages and towns and are actively looting houses. This is especially the case in the village of Velyka Kardashinka in the Skadovsk region. The Russians are even plundering the houses of people who have left,” the report reads.

Also in Golya Prystan, the Russians blocked people in the local school. Their passports were confiscated, and they are not allowed to return home.
