In response to these acts of Russian aggression, criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 438 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code, which pertains to violations of the laws and customs of war.

Foreign media representatives are still visiting Nikopol

The situation in Nikopol, a city continually subjected to shelling from Russian Federation troops, has garnered the attention of both local and international communities. Consequently, representatives from foreign and Ukrainian media outlets have been visiting the city to report real-time information. Over the past two weeks, film crews from TV3 Latvia, Al Jazeera (Israel), STB, Rada, and dniprotoday have visited Nikopol.

During their visits, journalists inquired about how the city functions under these ongoing attacks, preparations for the upcoming heating season, and the status of the city's “Invincibility Points”. Since the outset of the conflict, municipal services have been diligently organized to restore order in the city streets and promptly aid the people of Nikopol in addressing the consequences of shelling. Specialist teams conduct emergency repairs on damaged walls and roofs, with later repairs funded by the city itself.
