On New Year's Eve, the emergency services of the Dnipro Oblast will work in an enhanced mode

On holidays in Dnipro Oblast, emergency workers will work in an intensified mode. 600 rescuers will be on duty on New Year's Eve. More than 100 pieces of equipment will be in operation. This is the press service of the Dnipro Regional State Administration.

Traditionally, the number of fires increases on New Year's Eve. Due to improperly installed Christmas trees and the use of faulty garlands. And also - lighting sparklers and other pyrotechnics indoors.

The installed Christmas tree should not prevent free exit from the room. It should also be securely fixed on the stand. It is forbidden to place heaters and candles near the Christmas tree.

When using garlands, it is worth making sure that the electric wires have reliable insulation. One of the main rules is not to leave children unattended and do not allow them to turn on the illumination of the Christmas tree by themselves. It is worth conducting preliminary discussions with them about the basic rules of fire safety. The rules are simple and following them will avoid trouble on New Year's days.
