- for any pressure attempt, you will receive a decent response. I promise you this publicly.
- come to your senses: You deprived me of the opportunity to get an official job at the place of work, which I sought for a month, taking a bunch of courses, mastering knowledge in a field that is new and unexplored for me. This is a lot of wasted energy, time, and nerves.
You buried it all with your unprofessionalism, irresponsibility. I see criminal intentions in this.
You have dashed my hopes for the near future.

After that, all you care about is that this information became public? Is this your level of perception of the situation? Is this your level of professionalism?

The State Labor Service of Ukraine will, of course, give a better assessment of your activity than I can. The request has been sent.
I wonder if, after the reaction of this state body, you will continue to interrogate your employees?

2) I know the information about your "channels in the SBU" from you personally. You have probably forgotten how in January 2022 you ostentatiously boasted about it, walking around the territory like a peacock (without having any legal status for the activities of either the developer or the Service Company).

Everyone remembers how brazenly you behaved in relation to the head of the SC at that time. But he was criticized for weak work organization.

3) I live at the address that you announced 4 (four) times at the residents' meeting on Saturday, smilingly mocking the debtors for communal services.

This address has not changed.
It's NOT I HAVE TO GO and look for you to get mine.
It is in your interest and OBLIGATION to return the embezzled funds (salary) and the employment book that you illegally keep to your employee.

I should not go to you with a bow and ask for something. And you should finally realize that you probably committed an official crime.

Not to mention the fact that you, as a scoundrel, deprived me of the opportunity to get a decent job and receive a decent salary. I do not wish to communicate with you personally. There are official communication channels.

Whether you committed a violation in the field of labor relations - the relevant state body will decide.

The court will decide whether you are a criminal. I don't throw around such words and I don't hang labels.

I had no intention of settling accounts with you personally - I did not have and do not have. You are an official. Public figure. You violated my rights. And I demand their restoration.

This right is provided for by the Constitution of Ukraine. And if your connections are in the SBU, not the FSB, they can explain it to you. They operate exclusively in the legal field, right?

But the fact that you act outside the limits of human, normal relations - I affirm. And I am not interested in your opinion and counterarguments.

Likewise, I am not interested in the opinion of those who are now trying to brainwash me from the side of the developer. Don't even try.

And for all of you, those who are trying to shut me up - I emphasize: I know who is behind the director of the SC. I know the methods you can use.
And I made sure that in case of certain actions, this situation was not kept silent. Neither legally nor publicly.

There is no need to threaten me or hint at anything. I demand only mine. What I am deprived of.

This is a decision on the case between the security company and "Gostomel Residence" LLC.

The security company proved through the court that it should be paid for services for the provision of residential complex security for the month of March 2022. Since the SERVICES WERE PROVIDED IN FULL. THERE WAS NO TASK TO REMOVE THE PATROL since 11.03 (when the Russian troops entered).

Wrote and begged to stop the killing. Fortunately, we all survived. Fortunately, the monsters that shot people did not fly to us. And they could. Because the security patrolled the territory 2 times a day. On the instructions of the director of Gostomel Residence!

How cynically he hid it. And cynically lied to me about this fact.

I understand that in Gostomel Residence, you will always be wrong. If, only, you are not found with a shot in the head and your hands tied behind your back.
