Law enforcement officers record the consequences of shelling in Nikopol and the district
On the morning of February 17, the Russian military shelled Nikopol, Marganetska and Chervonogrigorivka communities with barrel artillery. A person was injured and infrastructure was damaged. This was reported by the press service of the Nikopol district police department.
A 79-year-old woman received a shrapnel wound in one of the villages of the Chervonogrihorivka community. Private houses and farm buildings were destroyed. Shells and the blast wave damaged the walls, roof and windows of buildings, as well as one car.
Power lines were damaged in Nikopol as a result of shelling. In the Marganets community, the final consequences of the shelling are currently being clarified. Law enforcement officers continue to inspect the sites of shelling and collect physical evidence of war crimes committed by Russian troops.
