An unprecedented step was taken in Ivano-Frankivsk. The head of the city's territorial center of staffing and social support signed the order “On conducting general mobilization”, which provides for the mandatory appearance of conscripts at the TCC within 10 days.
Head of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support (TCC and SP) Roman Plytus signed the order “On General Mobilization”.
The document published by the local publication “Western Courier” refers, among other things, to the mandatory attendance of conscripts at the city's TCC within 10 days. In this way, military commissars in the city conduct a general mobilization and carry out a plan for it.
“All male conscripts living (staying) in the territory of the Ivano-Frankivsk Territorial Community must report to the Ivano-Frankivsk City Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support within 10 days from the date of publication of this order. Have with you a military ID, passport, medical records, and documents granting the right to postponement by Art. 23 of the Law of Ukraine “On Mobilization Training and Mobilization” dated October 21, 1993, number 3543-ХІ”, the document states.
The order provides for mandatory attendance of conscripts who live or are in the territory of the Ivano-Frankivsk Territorial Community at the city TCC within 10 days from the date of publication of the document. It also states that it is prohibited for conscripts to change their place of residence without the permission of the head of the Ivano-Frankivsk city TCC and SP.
Timely notification of conscripts and reservists who are subject to conscription for military service during mobilization, as well as ensuring their summons to the military commissariat, is entrusted to state authorities, executive committees of villages, settlement councils, territorial communities, enterprises, institutions, organizations, educational institutions and housing and operating organizations.
The document also reminded of administrative and criminal liability for evasion of conscription for military service during general mobilization, as well as the liability of heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of subordination and forms of ownership, for violations of the legislation on defense and mobilization training.
Previously, servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine published a resonant video of a conflict between an officer and a conscript soldier. It shows the officer scolding, humiliating and punching the soldier in the chest. This is reported by “Military Courier”.
The fighters report that the events are taking place in Ivano-Frankivsk, at the location of the 50th regiment of the National Guard, named after Colonel Semen Vysochan. The leadership of the Western Territorial Department of the National Guard of Ukraine has already reacted to the video.
“The leadership of the Western Territorial Administration of the National Guard, like the entire society, is outraged by the actions of the officer of the military unit from Ivano-Frankivsk, in relation to the conscript soldier,” the page says.
