There are also cases when people leave due to health conditions, but do not survive such long queues. The temperature on the track is about 30 degrees Celsius, there is no shade, so not every heart can withstand such conditions.

According to Dmytro Orlov, there were also cases when they even gave birth in these queues, that is, the occupiers did not even let people go to hospitals. But the possibility of leaving is also the possibility of delivering humanitarian aid.

When asked whether it is possible to name the number of residents who have already left the city, he replied that it is difficult to name this figure. But according to indirect estimates, half of the city's residents left.
