Former Kherson emergency relief official accused of collaborating with Russian occupiers and abducting Ukrainian children

A former official of the Kherson Emergency Relief and Disaster Medicine Center is suspected of collaborating with the Russian occupier. According to reports, she kidnapped Ukrainian children and took them to temporarily occupied Crimea. The traitor hid in Lviv for a long time, and this information has been reported to the General Prosecutor's Office.

The investigation suggests that the woman agreed to cooperate with the enemy. In June 2022, she assumed the position of "deputy manager" in the institution created by the occupier - the "Center for Emergency Medical Services and Disaster Medicine".

In this pseudo-position, the woman organized the work of the structural units subordinate to her in accordance with the protocols of the aggressor country.

Later, she secured the position of "chief independent specialist" in her field of work in the occupation Ministry of Health Protection of the region. In October, she facilitated the forced relocation of eleven children from Kherson to the territory of the occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea. They stayed in a facility that provided them with medical and social protection. For this purpose, she arranged transportation and engaged paramedics subordinate to her to accompany them.

Moreover, on the orders of the "Governor of the Kherson Oblast," she ensured the removal of special vehicles from municipal institutions to the Livoberezhny Oblast, leaving the regional center without an ambulance.

The woman has been detained, and the investigation is ongoing.

The suspect was arrested and is currently in custody. She was hiding in Lviv and was apprehended while attempting to cross the state border and go to the EU. According to OGP investigators, under the procedural leadership of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, the suspect was notified of the suspicion of providing assistance to the aggressor state of the Russian Federation under Part 1 of Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In the temporarily occupied territories, the enemy is still pursuing a policy of genocide, with the aim of destroying an entire generation of Ukrainians, as reported by the Center for National Resistance. The Russians organize performances of war criminals in front of Ukrainian children in local kindergartens.

"The height of cynicism is that children are forced from an early age to listen to rapists, robbers, mercenaries, and other occupiers from distant regions of the empire"
the message says.

In this way, the enemy plans to change the self-identification of children and raise janissaries. According to international law, this is one of the manifestations of genocide.

"All those involved in organizing such 'holidays for children' will be held responsible for crimes against the Ukrainian people because the Russian Federation itself will extradite the collaborators. No one needs traitors", wrote the Central Committee.
