MEPs insist that the Fund and a new budget must be agreed as soon as possible.

Use of Russian assets, fight against corruption

One of the key demands of Members of the European Parliament is the use of Russian assets or funds of legal entities or natural persons that are directly related to the aggressive war in the Russian Federation for the reconstruction of Ukraine, the European institution noted.

The European Parliament "also tightened rules on combating fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest and violations of the use of EU funds in Ukraine."

"Companies under the influence of oligarchs should not have the right to financing"

MEPs added.

For 93% of Ukrainians, security in Ukraine is the most important thing. 79% clearly indicated that the decision to return depends on the end of the war. 90% want to receive basic services at home without any problems (education, medicine, employment, etc.).
