Destroyed transport company, fires and damaged houses: the police spoke about the consequences of the missile attack on the Dnipro
On the night of May 26, the enemy attacked the Dnipro with rockets. As a result of the strikes, a transport company was destroyed, fires broke out at two private companies, a gas station, vehicles, private yards and houses where civilians were sleeping were damaged.
Fires broke out at the sites of the strikes - they have already been extinguished. One injured man is known. This is reported by the press service of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Law enforcement officers, emergency personnel and all specialized services work at the sites of hits and falling debris in the city, record violations of the laws and customs of war by the military of the Russian Federation. The final consequences of the attack are currently being established by investigative teams working at the sites of the attacks.
By this time, the police had received more than two dozen reports from citizens about damage to property as a result of enemy shelling. Police officers accept statements and leave to record and document Russian war crimes. Crimes committed by the Russian military are documented under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Earlier, Ukrainian mass media reported that air defense forces destroyed five enemy missiles over Dnipropetrovsk region. Russian troops also attacked Nikopol and the district with kamikaze drones.
