Bill registered in the Council under number 10062 proposes to collect all available electronic information from various registers in one database. It will contain personal and service data necessary for military registration.
Using this data, it will be possible to place the man on the military register without his personal appearance at the TCC.
Here's what data is likely to be in the registry:
TCC and the Security Service of Ukraine will have access to this data. They will be downloaded from various electronic registers, but the conscript himself will not be informed about the information being collected.
Data for the "Oberig" system will be transferred through four databases:
The Ministry of the Interior will provide the register with data regarding the purchase and re-registration of vehicles, obtaining a driving license and appearing in the search database.
The Ministry of Education will provide "Oberig" with data on all persons who have obtained or are receiving higher education.
