According to him, the Russian army struck Nikopol twice and once the Marganets commune. More than two dozen missiles flew into populated areas.

“However, the aggressor's climbing car damaged the power plant. 12 private homes were also damaged. Three of them caught fire. Rescuers brought the fire under control,” wrote Serhiy Lysak.
