The Russian military covered Nikopol and the district with fire from MLRS and barrel artillery: the police record the consequences

During the day, the enemy shelled the Nikopol district several times with anti-aircraft guns and barrel artillery. There are dead and wounded people as a result of shelling. This was reported in the press service of the main department of the National Police in the Dnipro region.

On September 21, at 17:29, from the side of Energodar, Russian troops shelled the Nikopol district. More than 20 houses, farm buildings and motor vehicles were damaged.

On the night of September 22, the enemy shelled the central quarters of Nikopol with anti-aircraft guns. Administrative buildings, a hospital, a stadium, a market, cafes, shops, high-rise and private buildings, garages and cars, power lines were damaged.

Full details of the damage and destruction are currently being established. Police officers are working at the sites of the hits, conducting an inspection of the sites of shelling, collecting material evidence and recording the consequences of the enemy attack by the occupying forces of the Russian Federation.

According to this fact, the investigative department of the Nikopol district police department entered information into the EDPR under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Earlier, reported that the Director General of the IAEA held meetings with the heads of the Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Russia.
