The enemy fired about 80 shells of heavy artillery and MLRS on Nikopol and the area

At night, the Russian occupiers inflicted new blows on the communities of Nikopol, Chervonogrigoriv, ​​Myriv, and Marganets. About 80 shells from heavy artillery and MLRS fell on peaceful settlements. In Nikopol, a 59-year-old man was injured as a result of shelling. There is no threat to his life. This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Valentin Reznichenko.

That night, Nikopol region experienced one of the most difficult nights. The Russians, using MLRS and barrel artillery, shelled four communities in the district.

Four communities - Chervonogrigorivska, Myrivska, Marganetska and Nikopolska - were covered with fire from MLRS and heavy artillery. Nikopol got the most. During the night, at least 40 Russian shells hit residential areas.

Rescuers eliminated three fires in the city. Three cars and three farm buildings were destroyed. The shelling damaged the dormitory of the educational institution, more than two dozen residential buildings and farm buildings, gas furnaces, and electricity networks. In other communities, private households and farm buildings were affected. People are unharmed.

As for other districts of Dnipropetrovsk region, the night passed without emergency situations. The indicators of the radiation background remain normal.
