Wounded adults and a child: the invaders fired almost three dozen shells at Nikopol

On May 15, the enemy covered Nikopol region with artillery fire. The Chervonogrigoriv community came under attack, and Nikopol itself was the hardest hit. Almost three dozen shells hit the city.

This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk, and Serhiy Lysak, the head of the Dnipro Regional Council.

Three adults and a child born in 2009 were injured. She was hospitalized with a diagnosis of mine-explosive injury, craniocerebral injury. Doctors provide all necessary assistance.

As a result of shelling in Nikopol, a man born in 1981 received shrapnel wounds to both hands, head and contusion. The injured is currently receiving outpatient treatment.

A man born in 1962 was also taken to the hospital. He was diagnosed with mine-explosive injury, barotrauma.

Also, after the shelling, 3 fires broke out in commercial buildings and infrastructure facilities. One farm building was destroyed.

There is destruction at three private enterprises and a service station. 14 high-rise buildings, 6 residential buildings, 8 farm buildings, 4 passenger cars, and a truck were affected. Rescuers continue to work on the spot.

According to information from the mayor of Nikopol Oleksandr Sayuk, 5 people were injured as a result of today's shelling. Among them is one child. There were 4 fires in the city. 9 cars and 5 trucks were mutilated.

The Russian army is fighting against the local population of the Nikopol district. Frees peaceful people from their own homes, gardens, property, and most importantly - health and quite often - human life. So, on May 14, the "ambulance" received a call about a rocket explosion during artillery fire. This was reported by the director of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Center for Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine Radia Shevchenko.

On May 14, at 1:31 p.m., the "ambulance" received a call to the village of Dobra Nadiya with the reason being a rocket explosion, artillery shelling. The EMD team went to the scene. At the scene of the call, there was an injured couple. They were at home, working on the household and came under enemy fire.

The EMD brigade, after examining the victims, found that they had multiple shrapnel wounds and a contusion of the brain. Emergency medical care was provided to the couple. Doctors established intravenous access, administered anesthesia, primary treatment of wounds, applied aseptic dressings and started infusion therapy. The injured were taken to the Marganetska Central City Hospital to the trauma department, accompanied by medics.
