The occupiers are preparing the ZNPP to supply the Russian Federation - General Staff

Russian aggressors intend to start supplying electricity to Russia from the occupied ZANEP. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at an evening briefing on January 27, reports dniprotoday.com.

According to available information, in Energodar, from February 2, the enemy is creating a commission at the NPP to inspect two 750 KW power lines in order to plan renovation work and supply energy for the transmission of electricity from the Zaporozhye NPP to Russia, the General Staff said in a statement at the evening briefing of the General Staff, it was reported that the enemy was defending in the direction of Zaporozhye and was not taking any offensive action. The shelling of civilian infrastructure continues.

In Zaporizhia, Zalizne, Illinka, Vremivka and Zelene Pole in Donnechina, in particular, as well as Olhivske, Malynivka, Mala Tokmachka, Mali Shcherbaki, Kamianske and Plavni in Zaporizhia, were particularly affected 20 estates in total.

In turn, Energoatom informs that the occupation “management” of the ZNPP is already breaking the terms of the contracts signed by the collaborators with Rosatom.

The new “employers” promised to keep both seniority and holidays for employees who signed written documents, more specifically contracts with employees. In fact, Russian workers were left without leave. According to the new regulations, they will be able to rest not earlier than “one year after the conclusion of the contract”.

Energoatom notes that initially, it was about half a year, and later Rosatom - an accomplice of the invaders – decided that the Ukrainians should earn a vacation after working a whole year in the Russian Federation. Energoatom once again appeals not to sign any contracts with the enemy, not to become direct helpers of the aggressor and not to destroy their own future.

And reminds: NAEC “Energoatom” guarantees that the brave personnel of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, who will remain loyal to Ukraine under the conditions of occupation, will receive all the payments promised by the Company. In particular, it concerns salaries, bonuses based on 2022 results and bonuses for the Energy Day.
