Shelling of Zelenodol community and Nikopol: the prosecutor's office is investigating

The Dnipro Regional Prosecutor's Office and the Kryvorizka Eastern District Prosecutor's Office carry out a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war. The raZZian aggressor country attacked the city of Nikopol and the Zelenodol community. This was reported in the press service of the Dnipro regional prosecutor's office.

On the night of September 28, the Russian military, disregarding the norms of international humanitarian law, launched an artillery barrage from rocket salvo systems on Nikopol. 12 private houses, a high-rise building, a public transport stop, a car, utility buildings, a gas pipeline and power lines were damaged.

In addition, on September 27, the occupiers carried out artillery shelling of the Zelenodol community. As a result of the enemy attack, residential buildings, a local enterprise and a car were damaged.

There are no casualties among the civilian population. There are no military facilities on these territories.

Earlier, we reported that the enemy "congratulated" Nikopol on City Day, leaving 8,000 families without electricity.
