Russian troops from the Zaporozhye region set fire to Nikopol and the district: the police are documenting the consequences

During the night, the enemy covered the communities of Nikopol, Myrivska and Marganets with fire from MLRS and barrel artillery 5 times. No one was injured in the shelling. This was reported in the press service of the Nikopol district police department.

On the night of October 6, the Russians shelled Nikopol from the Zaporizhia region. The buildings of a private enterprise, private houses, farm buildings, a gas pipeline and an electric transmission line were damaged. In houses, windows and doors were blown out, roofs and fences were damaged.

The occupiers also shelled Myrivsk community. One house was completely destroyed along with outbuildings, two more were damaged. In the Marganets community, the invaders kissed along the coastline. Fortunately, no one was hurt.

Law enforcement officers are collecting physical evidence and documenting the consequences of the shootings. Based on the collected materials, criminal proceedings were opened under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
