Occupants from Energodar shelled Nikopol from Grad: the police records the consequences of the attacks

During the day, the enemy repeatedly shelled Nikopol, Marganets and the Chervonogrigorivsk community. As a result of the strikes of the Russian army, people were not injured beforehand. That night, Nikopol shelled the enemy troops several times from the "Grad" anti-aircraft missile system. This was reported by the press service of the Nikopol district police department.

So, on the morning of October 8, Nikopol was fired upon by kamikaze drones from the side of occupied Energodar. A recreation center, a health center, private houses, and farm buildings were damaged.

On the night of October 9, the enemy shelled Nikopol several more times with "Grad" anti-aircraft guns. Private houses, a parking lot with cars, a building of a private enterprise, a solar power plant, and shops were damaged.

The enemy also attacked the city of Marganets several times, damaging a food enterprise, 10 private houses, cars, and power lines. In addition, with heavy artillery, the occupiers hit the Chervonogrihorivska community several times a day. There were no casualties or significant damage.

Law enforcement officers are collecting physical evidence and documenting the consequences of the shootings. Based on the collected materials, criminal proceedings were opened under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

"Fires were lit right next to the houses to cook food," - the mayor of Energodar said about the situation in the city.
