A "Safety Class" for children was opened in Nikopol

Children need to feel safe no matter what, and safety in wartime starts with awareness. The most important task of teachers and rescuers is to teach students to avoid a dangerous situation and to know how to behave correctly in case of its occurrence. This is reported by the Nikopol district administration of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

In order to teach the younger generation safe behavior, the work on opening "Safety Classes" continues in Nikopol region. The inspectors met with teachers who, after the resumption of face-to-face education, will conduct life safety classes with schoolchildren to discuss which subjects children should be introduced to first of all.

The classroom was equipped with posters, educational games, and mine safety educator's manuals to teach students about safety rules. During the meeting, emergency workers explained to those present about the possibility for children to join the movement of young rescuers of the Dnipropetrovsk region. They talked in detail about the main tasks and the nature of the activities of the participants of the movement.
